Carnival Manor sells consumable digital items (“Tokens”) which are used within the game. Because Tokens are delivered and consumed immediately, refunds are limited.
By purchasing Tokens, you agree to this Refund Policy. - Nature of Digital Items
Tokens are consumable digital goods. Once purchased and delivered to your account:
– They cannot be returned
– They cannot be transferred
– They cannot be refunded once used
– They have no real-world monetary value - Refund Eligibility
Refunds are only granted if:
– Tokens were not delivered to your account due to a technical fault; or
– Duplicate or accidental purchases were made; or
– A refund is required by law (e.g., consumer rights regulations); or
– A purchase was made via a fraudulent transaction not authorised by you. - Refunds Are Not Provided For
– Tokens that have been partially or fully used
– “I didn’t like the game” reasons
– Changes of mind
– Account bans or suspensions due to policy violations
– Requests made more than 14 days after the transaction - 14-Day Cooling-Off (UK/EU Consumers Only)
Under UK and EU digital content laws, you may withdraw from a purchase within 14 days, only if the Tokens have not been used or consumed.
You lose this right once:
– Tokens are spent; or
– You choose to receive the Tokens immediately after purchase (which you agree to at checkout). - How to Request a Refund

Carnival Manor uses open banking and global alternative payment methods (APMs) through regulated third
-party payment processors.
– Refunds can only be made to the original payment method.
– We cannot issue cash or manual bank transfers.
– Processing times vary by payment method and country. - Fraud & Abuse
FPFY Ltd reserves the right to:
– Deny refunds in cases of abuse
– Investigate suspicious or repeated refund requests- Suspend accounts involved in chargeback fraud
